Packaging:
We take special
care in protecting your products once purchased. We use recycled
packaging where able, to keep costs down (and conserve our trees).
Shipping:
Our postage charges include Postage, Packaging, Handling and
Insurance (where applicable). The
carriers we use depend on the products purchased and your location.
Availability of
Stock:
Orders usually
leave our facility within a few days. With the exception of
cable products which are custom ordered and will ship from OregonDV
within 7 to 10 working days.
We can not
guarantee that all items are in stock when you place an order, but
in most cases it will be.
If a popular item
sells out and we need to reorder, we may have to wait for the goods
to arrive into our warehouse, in which case goods may take a little
longer to dispatch.
If we are unable
to dispatch your order within 10 working days, we will notify you
and you will have the option of canceling your order.
To be fair to
everyone, we allocate stock to orders on a first come first served
basis.
We cannot reserve
any items unless you submit an order and payment to
us. Any payment received for stock that is unavailable will be credited
or refunded in full.
We strive to
ensure that your goods are delivered within our stated times, by
working in with our delivery partners. However, there may be times
when there are delays, despite our best efforts.
Note: Orders
received after 6pm on a Friday or placed on a Saturday or Sunday,
will be treated as if ordered on a Monday
morning.
